1. Introduction

Welcome to Indochine CHIC. By accessing our platform, booking services, or engaging with our travel blog, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. Indochine CHIC is a luxury travel brand operating under Asia Travel Mates Corp, a licensed Vietnam International Tour Operator (License No. 79-1568/2022/TCDL – GP LHQT).

2. Our Role: Curator & Intermediary

Indochine CHIC acts as a luxury travel platform connecting you with high-end travel services. We operate in two capacities:

• Direct DMC Services: Fully customized itineraries operated directly by Asia Travel Mates Corp.
• Marketplace Listings: Third-party services (hotels, cruises, transport) where we act as a payment intermediary. Your contract for these specific services is directly with the third-party Supplier.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices for Direct DMC Services are inclusive of taxes and service charges unless otherwise noted. For Marketplace Listings, additional resort fees or taxes may apply. By completing payment to Indochine CHIC, you secure your reservation under the terms provided in your travel dossier.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Direct DMC Services: Cancellations are subject to the specific itinerary contract provided at the time of booking. We strongly recommend comprehensive luxury travel insurance.
• Third-Party Marketplace Listings: We act as an intermediary. Refund policies are determined by the individual Supplier. We facilitate refunds only after they are processed by the Supplier.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indochine CHIC / Asia Travel Mates Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. For third-party Marketplace Listings, we accept no liability for the acts, omissions, or quality of services provided by third-party Suppliers. Travelers are responsible for their own safety and compliance with local laws and entry requirements.

6. Mandatory Travel Insurance

For all Direct DMC itineraries, comprehensive luxury travel insurance is mandatory. Coverage must include, at minimum, trip cancellation, emergency medical evacuation, and supplier insolvency protection.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes not resolved through direct negotiation or mediation shall be settled by binding arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).
