Luxury Travel Specialist

Your Mission: Design exceptional tailor-made journeys that showcase the finest hotels, cruises, cultural experiences and hidden treasures across Indochina. You’ll become a trusted advisor for discerning travelers seeking authentic luxury experiences.

What You’ll Do

Luxury Journey Design Bespoke itineraries, curate hotels & cruises, create meaningful cultural experiences.
Client Experience Manage enquiries, quotations, seamless delivery, and build lasting relationships.
Product Development Discover new luxury hotels, inspect properties, research destinations, and contribute editorial insights.

No, remote work is warmly welcomed. However, deep first-hand destination knowledge and regular travel to the region are highly valued. Many of our specialists live outside Indochina but visit frequently to maintain relationships and discover new experiences. What matters most is your expertise and ability to design authentic luxury journeys.

Can I work remotely and part-time? +

Yes, the role offers complete flexibility. You control your workload and schedule. Some specialists work full-time, others combine this with existing travel advisory roles. The revenue-sharing model rewards the journeys you create — your commitment level determines your income. There are no minimum quotas.

How does revenue sharing work in detail? +

Each confirmed luxury journey includes a transparent service fee of approximately 10–12% of the total booking value. This fee is allocated as follows: 4–6% covers government taxes, compliance, and secure payment processing; approximately 4% supports Indochine Chic’s concierge services (booking coordination, marketing, guest support, quality assurance); approximately 2% funds technology, destination research, and sustainable tourism initiatives. The remainder is yours as the specialist who designed and managed the journey. You receive your share after each completed booking.

What kind of support does Indochine Chic provide? +

We provide marketing support, editorial resources, access to our premium hotel and cruise partners, operational coordination for bookings, and quality assurance. You also receive ongoing destination research, supplier updates, and invitations to familiarization (FAM) trips. Our goal is to let you focus on journey design and client relationships while we handle backend logistics.

Do I need my own clients or do you provide leads? +

Both. Many specialists bring their existing high-net-worth clientele, and we also provide qualified leads through our marketing channels and website. The network grows through referrals and our editorial presence. We encourage you to build your own brand alongside Indochine Chic, and we support you with co-marketing opportunities.

What makes Indochine Chic different from other DMCs? +

We are not a high-volume tour operator. Indochine Chic is an exclusive collection focused on authentic luxury, editorial expertise, and bespoke journeys only. We never sell pre-packaged tours. Our specialists are destination storytellers, not order-takers. We believe luxury is defined by authenticity, thoughtful service, and meaningful human connections — not extravagance alone.

What is the application review process? +

After you submit your application (CV, cover letter, and sample itinerary if available), our team reviews it within 7–10 business days. Shortlisted candidates are invited for an informal conversation (video call) to discuss your experience, destination knowledge, and vision for luxury travel. There is no formal interview — we focus on mutual fit and shared values.

Are there any fees to join the network? +

No. There are no upfront fees, membership fees, or hidden costs to join Indochine Chic as a specialist. The revenue-sharing model means we succeed together when you create exceptional journeys. You only share a portion of the service fee from confirmed bookings — nothing else.

Do I need to speak Vietnamese, Lao or Khmer? +

English is the primary working language. However, any additional language skills — Vietnamese, Lao, Khmer, French, Mandarin, or others — are a distinct advantage when working with local partners and international clients. We value cultural fluency and curiosity above all.
