Important Notice: You only sign this contract when you book tour services directly with Indochine CHIC. 4. Mandatory Travel Insurance

Client acknowledges that comprehensive travel insurance (including medical, evacuation, and trip cancellation/interruption) is mandatory. Proof of coverage must be submitted no later than 14 days before departure.

5. Liability & Force Majeure

Indochine CHIC acts as an organizer/DMC. Liability for third-party services resides with the respective provider. Neither party is liable for Force Majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).

6. Dispute Resolution

This Contract is governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved through direct negotiation, followed by binding arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Ho Chi Minh City.
