Rating: 9.2/10 Exceptional from 7,935 reviews on Traveloka. Room comfort rated 9.2, location 8.8.

“Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Food was fantastic to the point of the servings being too big and more than I could eat. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Cabins were larger than I expected with large ensuite. TV and spa bath both weren’t working. Activities went like clockwork but very busy at some places. Overall very enjoyable few days.” – Verified traveler, Klook review

“A 100% customer-oriented travel agent working round the clock. Mr Phuong gave advice and shared his personal experience as if he were a friend. We had an excellent cruise experience. Mr Phuong followed up closely to the transports he arranged for us and made sure that we are picked up punctually.” – HagChi, Munich, February 2026

“You can trust this company for a private custom Hanoi area tour. Mr Phuong is the best! We booked a private tour for two in Hanoi as our cruise ship was visiting. My wife fell and broke her ankle; Mr Phuong responded immediately, changed plans, and even sourced a wheelchair for us. The guide Lilly was excellent. We felt 100% safe at all times.” – Haydn N, Australia, February 2026
