- 10:30 – Twin Mountains (Fairy Bosom) photo stop
- 11:30 – QuanBa town, visit local market
Afternoon & evening
- 12:30 – Lunch in Quan Ba (try thắng cố or phở)
- 13:30 – Ride through rolling hills and pine forests
- 15:30 – Arrive in Yen Minh, check into homestay
- 18:00 – Explore Yen Minh town, evening walk
- 19:30 – Family dinner with local specialties
Pro tip: Stop frequently for photos – the light is magical in the late afternoon. Try the local apple wine (rượu táo mèo) with your hosts.

- 16:00 – Explore Dong Van Old Quarter, ancient houses
- 18:00 – Sunset viewpoint above Dong Van

Pro tip: The Dong Van market is most lively on Sunday morning – if your schedule allows, adjust to be here Sunday.

- 8:30 – Ride to Ma Pi Leng viewpoint (heaven’s gate)
- 9:30 – Spectacular photo stop at Ma Pi Leng peak
- 10:30 – Descent to Nho Que river boat dock
Afternoon & evening
- 11:30 – Boat trip on turquoise Nho Que river (Tu San canyon)
- 13:00 – Lunch at riverside or in Meo Vac
- 14:30 – Arrive Meo Vac, check into homestay
- 16:00 – Explore Meo Vac town, visit local school
- 19:00 – Farewell dinner with local family
Pro tip: The Nho Que boat trip is a must – the canyon is stunning. Bring cash for the boat (around 100,000 VND).
